Interior designer
David Carpenter specializes in design solutions for
both commercial and residential spaces. An accomplished
and talented decorator, David is on the cutting edge
of design, having fulfilled a full compendium of
projects for Dallas and Fort Worth’s most recognized
individuals and businesses using his two decades
of education and experience in his field.
As part of his
comprehensive training, David participated in design
commissions through collaboration, preparation, and
presentation of custom furniture, accessories, and
space planning projects with and under the guidance
of highly respected Pratt Interiors professionals
in Dallas.
David’s client list includes TV personalities, a coterie of professional
athletes, a number of professional services firms, mega churches, and multiple
residential facilities, from high-rise condos including numerous residences
in The Tower in downtown Fort Worth to homes over 10,000 square feet.
Recent commercial design efforts include both the Dallas and Arlington branch
offices of Capital Title; Haddock Law Firm LLP and Investments; the new offices
of Linebarger, Goggan, Blair, and Sampson LLP in the newly redesigned Two City
Place; national and boutique hotels including the newly transformed Sheraton
Fort Worth Hotel and Spa; Metropolitan Corporate Fitness and Wellness Center;
Santa Monica, Cal. Community Church; Midlothian Day Care; and Humphrey’s
Salon. David Carpenter has also acted as general contractor on numerous new
construction projects, both commercial and residential.
A man of many creative talents, David is also a professional musician (piano
and vocals). He performed in the historic Ashton Hotel in downtown Fort Worth
every weekend for five years, as well as in Nordstrom retail centers across
the Metroplex, the Fort Worth Petroleum Club, The Vault, and various other
venues. He has conducted local and international choral and instrumental workshops,
hosted television and radio programs, and has worked as an independent musical/creative
director for various churches and theaters throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri.
